Like he did that floating raft in the film Titanic, the Academy Award-winning actor has let go of one of his LA homes.
DiCaprio sold off the four-bedroom, three-bathroom, ranch-style home tucked away in the Studio City area of LA this last week.
It’s one of a number of real estate deals the actor is working on, having just sold a NY condo for a $2US million loss.
His Malibu beach house remains on the market.
The 1930s built home – a classic in Californian ranch-style architecture – sits on around 1400sqm of land and sold for $US2.23 million.
Featuring a pool, two-car garage and sprawling lawns, DiCaprio had originally listed the house for $US2.395 million but the parties settled on the lower price according to realtor.com.
The actor and climate activist, 42, won the award for Best Actor for his part in 2015’s The Revenant.
