She’s not even 20 yet, but Kylie Jenner is becoming a budding real estate investor.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who also has an eponymous makeup line, has just listed one of her four Los Angeles homes for US$5.4 million, despite only buying it in August for US$4.5 million.
The property sits in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood at the end of a private drive and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, high ceilings throughout, a gourmet kitchen, a theater room and a formal dining room with fireplace, according to the listing.
Outside, there is a free-standing patio with fireplace and lots of room for seating, a covered patio with barbecue center, a large pool and spa, a fountain and a fenced vineyard.
At the time she purchased the one-story home, entertainment website TMZ reported that she was planning to use it as an office for her expanding makeup business.
Ms. Jenner also owns the home next door, for which she paid $US6.025 million in May; she also picked up a US$12.5 million mansion nearby in September.
Both of those are in the Hidden Hills neighborhood, where many other celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus and Jessica Simpson, have homes.
Her sister, Kim Kardashian West, and husband Kanye West also have a home in the area.
In June, Ms. Jenner put her Mediterranean-style starter home in Calabasas up for sale for US$3.9 million, but it has since been removed from the market and property records show she still owns it.
The Jenner/Kardashian clan grew up in the area.
